Q: How will my purchased artwork be shipped?

A: Due to the size and weight of our artwork, all pieces are shipped via freight. Once your order is placed, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your artwork.

Q: How is my artwork packaged for shipping?

A: Unless otherwise specified, all artwork is shipped in a Lined StrongBox. These boxes feature double-wall construction with three foam layers and a lightweight ABS plastic puncture guard liner, offering protection equivalent to 3/8" plywood to ensure safe transit.
Returns
Q: Are there any items not eligible for return?

A: We understand that acquiring artwork is a significant investment, and sometimes a piece may not work in your current space. While we do not typically accept returns, each return is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and should the return be accepted, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the patron. If the artwork is returned in its original, reusable packaging that is in acceptable condition, we may offer discounted return shipping. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
