We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you wish to return your unframed, original work please email us at inquiries@iankiel.com and we will gladly refund your purchase within 10 days of of receipt. 

 

IAN KIEL | ART will cover the cost of return shipping, but the artwork must be returned in its original condition.

*Please note that custom framed items, artworks sized 40 x 60 inches or over, and anything not in its original condition are not eligible for return.

We work to fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. Orders with custom framing or hand-build crates may take longer to ship, as well as artworks that ship from our artists' studios.

For most orders, a signature is required for delivery.

 

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.

Actual colors may vary from those shown due to differences in photography, lighting conditions, and display settings, though the paper substrate mostly maintains a uniform color throughout. All pieces are sold unframed.
